Did you know that you CAN have a great relationship with yourself? You can feel bold and powerful and beautiful and strong. You can build belief in yourself and find that voice inside that you have been longing to share with the world.

We don’t have much control over what we are taught or what negative and untrue messages we get from those around us, but you do have control over what you allow to become a part of your identity.

Therapy is a great space for taking the time to turn the attention inward to yourself. You spend so much of your time judging yourself, criticizing everything you think and do, and giving yourself little credit when you’ve had a success in life. No more.

As a human being you are worthy and deserving of so much, just for being who you are. Take this time to explore yourself, to be curious, to question everything and just let the real you come through. I’ll be here as a guide to support and help reflect back to you everything you already have inside you.

  • Making a list of things you feel proud of yourself for

  • Asking a friend what they appreciate about you

  • Taking time to think about what you are grateful for in your life

  • Doing something for yourself that makes you feel good

  • Find a positive mantra to tell yourself throughout the day

  • Trying something new that you have always wanted to do but haven’t yet

  • Take care of yourself: drink water, take a shower, eat a healthy meal
